WATER DEPARTMENT
The City of Pearland Water Department has recently updated their systems which has caused some glitches with their billing that has impacted invoices for the entire city. We have been communicating with the water department in an effort to reinstate the auto debits for all of Shadow Creek Ranch and trying to avoid any impact to our financials. The City has informed us they will not terminate services at any of our meters nor bill any additional costs while this gets resolved. Financials will be closely monitored and communication will be provided to your Association’s Treasurers.
